招募研究參與者--如何不在康復過渡期中迷失? 為中國癌症患者而設的自我管理復健介入試驗
及早發現癌症能提升治療癌症患者的生存率。對於經歷早期癌症治療後的幸存者,復康護理計劃能進行健康護理,維持他們的生活質素。香港大學公共衛生學院正在進行一項研究:評估復康護理介入對近期完成治療的中國患者在身體狀況和生活質素的影響。 對象:18歲以上、診斷為0-3期及非轉移性癌症,三年內完成手術和輔助治療、能操流利廣東話或普通話的中國患者 地點:香港大學賽馬會癌症綜合關護中心 或 癌症資訊網中心 內容:完成約30分鐘的基線問卷,及量度身體數據*,其後會被隨機分組進行不同形式的干預 報名連結: https://hku.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3OVawIwtwMoyNMO ... 如有興趣參與或想瞭解更多有關本研究的資訊,請聯繫我們的研究團隊或掃描QR Code。

【招募研究參與者】以後設認知和支持性表達的方法管理對癌症惡化的恐懼
發現癌症擴散或復發後,高度的恐懼可以危害健康,影響個人的生活質素及身體運作。最近,香港大學公共衛生學院開發了兩項管理癌症惡化恐懼的介入措施。旨在評估「克服恐懼」和「CALM」兩項介入對最近被確診患上擴散或復發癌症的患者對癌症惡化恐懼的影響。 對象:18歲或以上、最近診斷為III或IV期癌症及 能操流利廣東話或普通話的中國患者內容:3至6節面對面或 線上會談(每節會面大約60至90分鐘) 地點:香港大學賽馬會癌症綜合關護中心、癌症資訊網中心或 線上形式 費用:全免,並獲得港幣三佰元正作研究酬金* 備注:此項計劃為研究性質,參加者會被邀請完成一份篩查問卷用于評估其癌症惡化恐懼的程度。符合資格者在完成基線問卷後,會被隨機分配到「克服恐懼」介入組,「CALM」介入組或「基本癌症護理」組。參加者需在介入完成後,介入完成後三個月及六個月再進行三次的跟進評估。 *研究酬金會根據参加會談的次數而定;每節港幣五十元正,完成六節會談,將可獲得共港幣三佰元正。 報名連結: https://hku.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_86bwTB
